I am looking to stock a brands inventory on my shopify website. They also have a shopify website. we would like stock levels to adjust on both sides. example if they buy an item on my website the stock level will drop on my shopify inventory and on hers. is this possible?

Hi @Motherhood

It's possible! You’ll need a multi-store inventory sync solution to keep stock levels updated across both Shopify stores.

  • You can use an inventory sync app like Syncio, Trunk or Connected Inventory allow real-time stock updates between multiple Shopify stores.
  • And if you prefer a custom solution, maybe you should hire a developer to use the Shopify API to sync inventory between both stores automatically.
  • Or use third-party ERP or Inventory System. If your brand already uses an ERP or inventory management tool (like TradeGecko or Stocky), check if it supports multi-store syncing.

Hope this helps 🙂

Hi @Motherhood! Yes, this is possible, but Shopify doesn’t have a built-in way to sync inventory across multiple stores in real time. You’ll need a third-party inventory management system that integrates with both Shopify stores.

Qoblex could be a great fit for this—it connects multiple Shopify stores and keeps stock levels updated automatically. So, if an item sells on your site, it instantly adjusts inventory on both your store and the brand’s store. This prevents overselling and keeps everything in sync without manual updates. Definitely worth checking out!

Qoblex (on the Shopify App Store) – Keep inventory in check: sync, sell, stay sane.
