Two store with one admin

I wonder if this is in unique problem. I have my admin all set up with shipping, and all the back of the house SEO the way I like it. This is all under one shopify plan. I have two stores one is the theme "studio" and the other is theme "Crave". I Want the Admin area to work the same for both stores but I want to change the front of the house like type style fonts, and everything else the customer sees. it basically two separate stores running using the same admin area. Is this possible? Any suggestions are helpful. Or should I sign up for another shopify Plan under a separate email address and end up paying for a two separate plans.

Shopify, unfortunately, does not offer multiple stores that share the same admin space via a single plan. Each store operates independently, meaning you'll need two separate Shopify plans if you want different themes and customer-facing experiences.

However, here are some alternatives to consider:

• Switch to Shopify Plus – If the cost is feasible for your business, Shopify Plus will allow you to manage multiple stores in one company with a unified organization, streamlining admin capability.
• Use Custom Code & Theme Switching – Because both stores are selling the same products, you can use a single store and custom code or an app to switch themes dynamically according to customer requirements or domains.
• Subdomains Approach – Use a single Shopify store but use different subdomains (i.e., studio.yourstore.com and crave.yourstore.com) and style them differently using conditional CSS.
• Duplicate Your Setup Manually – If you are on a tight budget, you may be compelled to create a copy store and manually replicate your settings. Shopify lacks a mechanism to sync all of this, but apps like Rewind Copy can be utilized to replicate data across stores.

If you want a seamless experience with one backend, Shopify Plus is the best option 🙂
