Unable to accept payment

Hello, I want to launch my store however I am unable to accept payments. The site is telling me that my bank account can't be validated reach out to customer support. Ive done that over a week ago and they weren't able to help me, they said it needed to be escalated. I have not heard anything back from the support team regarding this issue. Not sure why my bank account could not be validated but this is hindering me from launching my store and very frustrating because It had been a week and I have heard nothing from the payment support. This customer service experience has been really poor.

I know this a long shot, but could you try removing and then re-entering your bank account details.

How do I do that. It won’t allow me to remove the current account.
