Unable to add my online shopping URL address and business email address to my business page..any idea how can I solve this problem..I am afraid that they blocked my url

Nick here from Shopify. 

That does seem very strange for sure. Would you be able to share what the error message Facebook shares with you when you try to add the URL or even better a screenshot of it? It would be hugely beneficial to finding out what might be causing this. 

I did find a third party blog post which has some potential reasons to why you might not be able to link your website which you can see here. Do you think it could be any of those? 

If you could also share your store URL and Facebook pages, it would be very helpful.
