I'm on the trial version of Shopify at the moment, and in the midst of adding products to my online store.
I'm unable to add any photos to the product listing. It shows an option to 'Add file' but it's unresponsive. I've been facing this issue for 2 days now. Would appreciate if anyone knows what's causing this and how to resolve it ?
Have you tried on other broswers? If you still cannot get it fixed, the best bet here is to get in touch directly with the Support team and have them check it for you.
You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you'll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.
