I really appreciate any help you can provide.
I am trying to fulfil my first order by printing out the first shipping label. However, this happened and can anyone tell me how to expedite the process? I changed my payment credit card yesterday, not sure if that is the case.
In any event, what can I do to expedite the verification?
Currently having the same problem, however this is not my first order. This could be some kind of glitch? Especially being so recent?
I went to print labels today also and I have done so in the past. Today it would not let me. I spoke with support and they then told me they are puting my account into review and if it's not fixed in 2 days contact then again. Makes no sense and now we lose sales and customers gaining a bad reputation we can't even send out packages but shopify gets there money from us plus the apps we pay for into the store. How's that fair. Mine was not saying the yellow bar and was just a red bar saying a error message then after I contacted support they made it yellow now and could not tell Me what needed to be verified or anything which makes me belive it's somthing on there end.
Not my 1st order. Happening to me as well. I have big sale going on right now and its holding up shipping logistics. If Shopify can't manage a quick resolution for something so important, it makes me consider canceling my Shopify store and going back to Etsy.
Going through the same exact thing with no kind of insight as to why. My business is running on fumes and building up debt because of the en**bleep**ification of this service. The entire platform went to hell after the layoffs. Outsourcing support to a bunch of incompetent overseas workers that can barely understand English, much less the issue you're having. I'm at the point where I can't tell the difference between these docile support advisors and an AI bot, because all they ultimately do is refer you to a different team via email while your orders are going unfulfilled/you running your credit through the ceiling to keep your business open. I truly wish for the downfall of Shopify AND Stripe.
I'm currently having the same problem as well. I received that exact message. I've had my Shopify store for almost a year and print labels everyday. Never had an issue until today. Reached out to customer support. Below is a bit of the exchange:
My suggestion is to use another shipping platform, Pirate Ship for example, create your shipping labels there then manually mark the order as fulfilled and input the tracking number so your customer gets notified.
