I've recently run into an issue where I've had customers ask to exchange an order that was fulfilled by our POS in person, meaning shipping was never required. While I'm able to create the exchange without issue, I am not able to create a shipping label for the new product being exchanged even after adding a shipping label. Instead it shows shipping not required and only gives me the option to fulfill the order without create a shipping label.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I currently have to create a shipping label from a new order but that get's confusing for our customers as they see two orders.

Mark the original POS order as exchanged and include a note about the new shipping label for reference.
