This is the first time I've been unable to access the Shipping Labels page, and I am the sole owner and employee of the shop. There is no one to request permission from. I keep getting the error page "You need permission to view this page" with a button to email the shop owner to get access. Help? I need to fulfill orders.

Seeing the same issue. Prompting me to request permission when I’m the shop owner and have all permissions. This was working earlier today. Sounds like a bug.

Dealing with the same issue. Was hoping that requesting access would just send me an email to allow but not even that.
Update: in line for the chat support queue. Unbelievable there isnt a support number. Clearing cache and cookies did not fix issue.

very weird same thing is happening to me. Luckily this post showed up on a google search immediately. Hopefully it's fixed quickly.

Same issue, I even tried adding a authorized user to print the label and logged in on another account and it says the same exact thing

It works well all day long. Tonight suddenly I couldn't go to the label printing page and got the same message:(

Same here I was fulfilling orders and the exact same thing happened to me so frustrating can't believe there's no number to speak with a actual person the messages are not helping at all

We are seeing the same issue. Can't open orders to print shipping labels.
That incidents link just says everything is fine.
Well sending a comment worked. I was able to print a small batch of shipping labels just now. 21:52 CDT
Did you do anything to fix it? It is still not working for me and I have orders I need to get out in the morning. So frustrating!
No, it fixed itself. Maybe delete cache and restart? Or it hasn't rolled out fully?
