Unable to link my shopify local development store to hydrogen

Hi, I've been using free shopify partner's account and development store. While getting started with Hydrogen following the docs, I'm stuck at 

 npx shopify hydrogen link

I'm having this error: 

I tried purchasing the basic plan. Could anyone guide me with this?
