Unable to locate the 4:3 (or 3:4) ratio in the media section

All of the images on our website are in a 4:3 (3:4) ratio but the button is now missing.  Can anyone advise me?  There is no way I'm going through hundreds of products and switching them to 2:3 ratio, which is the only portrait orientation I'm seeing...

Have you found a resolution to this or at least a workaround? I've been airdropping the images to my phone,  cropping them in the photo app, then airdropping them back to my computer. It's so tedious and time consuming.  If you've found a better way, please share.

I've totally given up on this quest! I just use one of their presets and had to deal with my images being wonky for a while until i uploaded enough new product to have some semblance of balance again.
