Unable to login with my Shopify app.

Hi there, so recently I've been facing issues with my Shopify mobile application. I'm seeking help here as I've tried every troubleshooting step I found on the Internet. I cleared my app's cache and cookies. I updated my app to its latest version. I uninstalled it and installed it again, but still no luck. Today morning, I even spoke to the Shopify chat support advisor but unfortunately, she didn't have any concrete resolution either. The problem is, everytime I try to login to my account, it buffers for a couple of seconds but then it takes me back to login page again like nothing happened. I have Google setup with my account for sign in, so when I put my credentials and try to login it does not go through, but works absolutely fine on my computer though. So I'm positive it's nothing to do with Google or my account, it's just an app issue. Even strange thing is that, this issue is not permanent, if I try to log in repeatedly after every failed attempt, it works every once out of five attempts. So not sure what's going on here. There's no error message, no login failed notification, it just doesn't go through everytime. So I was wondering if anyone knows what this is and help me out cause it's starting to concern me now. Have you tried to do other troubleshooting steps such as switching to different browser and using other device? If so, you might be having an account or technical issue with Shopify.
