Unable to make payment to shopify

hi,

I am unable to make payment to shopify due to which my store is frozen. Customer support also not very helpful. I added a credit card and 1 rs got deducted but how do i make full payment for plan? someone please guide. Same thing happened 3-4 times. unable to make payment.
