I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties when trying to pay for your Shopify bill.
Have you confirmed that the payment method added is a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express? In some cases you can also add a PayPal account to pay for your Shopify bills. Keep in mind that internet banking will generally not be supported. Check out our help doc here for more information on Billing.
If you have confirmed that you have added a valid payment method but are still having issues with your Shopify bill, then you would need to reach out to us via This Contact Support Link. A support advisor will be happy to take a closer look on a live chat, phone callback or email.
