Unable to purchase a domain due to missing postal code field - Jamaica

Hello. I've been attempting to purchase a domain, but have been disabled from doing so due to not having a postal code in the address. The thing is, there is no field to enter a postal code. This makes it literally impossible to purchase a domain.
