Unable to tag products on facebook

I can tag products on desktop but it won't allow me to do it on a mobile device. It is like Shopify isn't syncing with facebook.

Also, why does out of stock archived products still appear in the tagging list. Surely they should drop off if archived? It's so frustrating and time consuming.
