Unable to Update Payment Details - Immediate Assistance Required

I accidentally submitted my company as a private corporation by accident. Now shopify says I have reached the maximum number of attempts for submitting your details. I need to contact support to make any changes to edit my payments.

I've reached out to support but its been over 3 weeks since I've heard back from a live person. Can someone please help me?
