unable to view my store

Hi..I have just launched my store and I cannot view it.. neither any other shopify store. 

"This site can't be reached".  What should I do??

From what you're describing, it sounds like you may be experiencing a domain issue. What I first recommend is logging into your Shopify admin and navigating to Online Store > Domains to see if there are any error messages there to point you in the right direction. 

If you're not able to resolve the issue from there, the next troubleshooting steps will depend on whether your domain is a Shopify domain or third-party domain. Could you let me know whether your domain is hosted by Shopify or a third-party service like GoDaddy? If you could also share your store URL with me, I will check whether I have an issue accessing it as well.
