Dear Shopify team ,
I was converting my free trial to an official plan on Shopify, but my store went unavailable right after I paid for the 3 month trial. I've seen this is common unfortunately, spoke to staff but am confused as to what happens next. What do I do?!

Since you do have a ticket number, that should have been escalated to our team that handles these situations. They will receive the ticket, review your store account and share the next steps for resolving this.
This can take a few days. Our teams strive to reply back within 2-5 business days but as this is a very busy season, sometimes these reviews can take longer than that.

Hey yeah the ticket number is 34727266. I've seen this is at least a 3 year old problem on the platform for users according to this forum, they gotta fix their back end especially seeing as its for ONBOARDING. No worries im just going to create a store with a new name
