unexplainable orders

the buy buttons on our website are only to direct customers to external shops to purchase items. We do not allow for any items to be carted and bought yet we have unexplainable orders coming through. we emailed the customers asking how they placed the order and it looks like it is a hack/scam. 

Please help us resolve this issue or block these customers who repeatedly purchase empty items
