Hi All
I have an issue with refunded, cancelled and archived orders (that are obviously unfulfilled because they have been cancelled or refunded and cancelled) staying on the unfulfilled page and in the order notifications number.
Does anyone have any idea what we are missing in the refund/cancellation process? I have tried manually archiving these orders with the pop up saying "Orders Archived", but they still show on the "Unfulfilled" page.
The above snippets reflects an order status currently sitting on the "unfulfilled" tab. These orders are also included in the "Orders" notification count telling us how many orders we have currently unfulfilled. This appears to be a new occurrence, prior to Christmas the order notifications tally matched the actual orders we had sitting in the unfulfilled tab and all archived, cancelled and refunded orders were automatically archived or did not show on this tab.
