I understand that you have a store you no longer wish to use, and would like to delete the store - I would be happy to explain the next steps you can take.
You mentioned that there is an unpaid bill on the store. You will be required to settle any outstanding bills before you can proceed to fully close the store. We have some information on this here on our help center which explains the steps involved, and you can also find more information about billing here.
Once the outstanding bill and final invoice is paid, you can proceed with canceling your store by following the instructions on the above resource. However, something to keep in mind before closing your store is that you can export your data for future reference. This will ensure you still have access to any important information should you decide to start a new business or reopen your store in the future. If you decide to re-open your store, the data will be saved for 2 years.
