Unrelenting Hero Image Quality Issue, Dawn Theme, Please Help!

Hi Shopify Family,

I hope you are all well, and would love to get some help on this issue we are facing. We are a Spanish luxury footwear company who has been able to fix all image quality issues except the Hero Image on desktops. The quality of the image is poor and fuzzy. (attached a screenshot) The original image is perfect, as well as the mobile edition of the image. If anyone can help with this they would be a live saver! Thanks in advance!

Hello @TheVouz, I think you forgot to add the image in your request. By the way, I have visited your store and it seems like your picture is cut off. If this is the concern then the issue is your image width is around 500px. So, when you see it on larger screens it cuts off some of the parts to match the screen width. You can fix it by simply uploading a new image with at least 1200px width or 4:3 ratio. 

If this is not what you're looking forward to, can you please add any images so I can check it further?
