HI! i have a problem with product additing

the problem is "Unsaved changes"

How can I solve this problem?

 

I am currently facing an issue with my products. I am not able to save any changes that I do to them. Whenever I click save, all my changes are gone and the old stuff is brought back.

Any suggestions what I should do to solve this issue? Is there a support number I can call for shopify support?
I have tried sending an email to support@shopify.com but I got back a reply to use the help center which is pointless in my case.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'd be happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. 

 

If you haven't done so already, I'd encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. This will allow us to determine whether the issue is related to a browser error or the shop directly. For ease, I've gone ahead and listed a few steps below that you can give a try: 

 

  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • Access your shop from an incognito tab
  • Try using another browser (i.e Chrome, Safari, Firefox) 
  • Try another device (i.e cell phone)
  • Try using the Shopify mobile app
  • Try using another network or cellular data

 

If after attempting all of the steps mentioned above, you continue having trouble saving edits, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as I wouldn't have access to any account details here through the Community.
