Unsupported URL Customize

Hello! I have just opened my Shopify store. I have just created a Shopify account and wanted to edit my store. But as soon as I click on ‘Customize’, a message appears saying ‘Page is redirecting to an unsupported URL’. I have already seen a question with exactly the same issue, but to be honest, the answer didn’t help me. Every time I want to design my Shopify store and click on the button, I am redirected to an unsupported URL or a corresponding message appears on my screen. What can I do now?
