For the last week or so my store is showing a large amount of active carts but the usual amount of visitors. For instance, right now it is showing 53 active carts but only 3 visitors. Would this be Bots and should I be worried?
Hey there @Cozycorner it is likely a bots attack or something of that sort. I suggest using apps to get in depth analysis of this activity including what locations these carts are being filled from. If it is from locations where you do not make sales to or advertise towards, then it’s likely a bot attack.
