hi, for the new collection I have updated my shopify store in terms of CSS style changes and also added new pictures so the perfomance should normally be a lot better than before
https://imanethelabel.com/
but somehow the conversion rate is really really bad and I am wondering if the changes I did have some impact on that?
here is the conversion rate from middle of october with TikTok Ads
here is the conversion rate from today:
what could be the issue here? the 2 orders today were not even from the TikTok Ad but recurring customers
I also had 0 canceled checkouts which is really weird
The site appears wonderful, but occasionally updates such as quality images or additional styles can slow it down, particularly on cellphone. This can lower sales without obvious indicators such as individuals abandoning their carts. Traffic on TikTok is fast-moving, so even small slowdowns will get people to leave. You can try thecarbonfootprint.ai it tests how quickly your site is and its carbon footprint, and can assist in determining what could be slowing it down.
