All things Shopify and commerce
I'm facing a really strange problem. I added new products to my online store using a CSV file that had no errors. But here's the odd part: when I look at the product page, the SKU isn't showing up. However, when I export the product again, the SKU is there in the CSV file. Any idea why this is happening?
Hey @CHIKTOKNS
In this case, You have to check in the customizer on the product page template in the product information section whether is SKU block is added or not or enabled or disabled.
Or else there is a checkbox for show SKU. You have to check in Customizer.
If not added then add or disabled then enable that SKU block.
If everything is okay in Customizer but does not show the SKU on the frontend then share the store URL so I can check.
I appreciate your quick response. The customizer on the product page isn't blocked, as I'm able to view the SKUs of certain items while being unable to see others.
Upon further examination of the exported file, I observed that certain articles have their SKUs visible in the file, but this visibility is not replicated in either the backend or frontend of the product page. Additionally, there are cases where SKUs are absent entirely, both in the export file and on the product page.
Share the store URL or particular products so I can check on the frontend.
I was finally able to solve the issue . thanks again for your time
