Unwanted lines in Google result

When I google my shop I get a preview that seems random and with an unwanted line that makes it look (to my mind) tacky and unprofessional. I'd like to change it.

My preview currently reads:

Business Name

  random collection

  random collection

  About

  Tagged "(one of my tags"

I'd like to change the preview and remove the 'Tagged' line at the bottom but I can't find where it lives or how to change that. It's not in my meta description.

Can anybody help?
