As the title suggests, (1) How do you update the customers billing address, and (2) How do you resend the confirmation email for their order (or any other order)?
I can't see anywhere that allows either of these to be done.

1. You can't. Only the customer can change their billing address by logging in into their account and changing it themselves via editing their addresses
2. From the order admin, click on the order, then scroll down below and you should see "Order confirmation email was sent to customer name" with a button below it. Clicking on the button will show the email being sent and a button that will allow you to resend the order confirmation email:

Sorry I should have been more specific regarding the email. How do I sent the confirmation email with an updated shipping address? It appears that it will only resend the original email again.
Hi Offroad,
With an updated shipping address, you'll need to first change their contact information first. You can do so by changing it on the Customer part of the order at the right.
After changing their contact information, you can then resend an order confirmation to the new email address.
