Update free shipping bar for Fresh theme

We have a free shipping bar on our checkout page but have since lowered our free shipping amount and I cannot figure out how to update the shipping bar to reflect the new lower amount. Free shipping is set to $49.99

On the cart page - the checkout page calculates correctly but on the cart
page is the bar that shows how much more to get free shipping

For Cart page, free shipping amount. please follow the below steps
1> Customize your theme
2> Click Theme settings and then click Cart (as in below screenshot) 

3> Scroll to part "Free shipping when cart total is equal or larger than:" and update the amount here
