All things Shopify and commerce
We have a client who runs both a Blogging and also a Shopify store to manage their e-commerce, they share links between two sites.
Is it possible to add subscribers to the Shopify customers database by using a remote form on the Blogging/CMS site instead of the current manual process of downloading and importing them from the CMS site into Shopify manually?
I figured there would be some sort of integration with popular CMS engines like Wordpress but can't seem to find anything?
Thanks in advance.
you can use shopify import or check cart to cart if your blog is made in wordpress
Hi @web_admn shopify doesn't handle every single arbitrary integration, it's up to those platforms or third parties.
This also depends heavily on what you mean exactly by "subscriber" as that word has many different uses.
You'd either have to find an app/plugin for your exact system or build a custom app / import process automation.
There's also services like zapier,make.com etc.
For example you could hypothetically the mechanic app by triggering a webhook or, send an email to the app , with customer info and have a script that creates a customer account and sends an invite.
