Is anyone else getting an error message when they try to update stock levels?
I'm currently unable to update stock quantities via the product admin or inventory management section.

Yes, I am getting the same. Working fine earlier but suddenly started saying error when try to save.
I cant either, I have tried to contact support and heard nothing back

The same here, in Uruguay, South America. But I just been with the support people in the chat. It seems that it is a widespread problem and the technicians are trying to solve it at this very moment. Finger crossed 🙂🤞
I can export each product, add the stock to the spreadsheet manually and re-import but that's not practical for the amount I have to edit so only useful if your adding a handful of items.
Hi Bob_, just received a reply from support that the product inventory can be edited from bulk edit view. Whew! It works on my end, hope this helps.
@AdiSalkic Thanks, it's a pain of a way to have to do it, but works through bulk

Same thing here, just stopped working all of a sudden and it is extremely frustrating. Misleading information is now provided to our customers about inventory quantity. We've had some damages and now can't remove the damaged amounts from stock. Chat support just repeats the same thing - they are still investigating. It seems to be a widespread issue, however it is not showing on Shopify's status page which makes me wonder if they are, in fact, recognising and working on this issue.
Having the same issue as well. Unable to save updated quantities of products.
I've just tried the usual way and it's working 🙂
