Upload a document through Shopify

Hi.

I'm trying to find the best option to allow customers to upload a spreadsheet that they have downloaded from one of my Shopify pages, filled out, and want to upload back to us to save on a Google drive or equivalent.  

It's a bulk order form that I want to give them access from a page and not a product specifically.   I'm finding many apps lying around Uploadery and Upload-lift, but they seems to be upload options on products.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
