Hi,
I've been doing fine with CSVs, but this one file is not working. I've attached the CSV-- why are they all coming up as $0 once imported?

Hi, @brandunleashed!
Happy to lend a hand here. I've had a look at the CSV file you shared, and it looks like the column headers have been edited. The first line of your product CSV file must be the column headers that are included in the sample CSV file and in the same order. You can't alter these titles, otherwise the products will not import successfully. Please follow our template linked here. Furthermore, if a required column in the import CSV file is blank, then the matching value in the product list is overwritten as blank. I can see that some values are not entered on the spreadsheet you attached. Filling in these values should help resolve this issue.
The price column headers should be:
There is a full list of the column headers in our help document. As well, a more detailed explanation about how overwriting products works. Once you've adjusted the column headers, and added values for each variant, let us know how it goes trying to import the CSV again. Thanks!

What's the behavior if you import just 1 item?
What's the behavior if you just export 1 item then immediately reimport it?

Sorry for the late reply, let me test this and post in a moment.
I exported a product with prices and then imported, and it imported fine.

Thanks so much! I was off on the wording for a couple headings, and that fixed it!

Hey Hilary.
I am about to copy and paste the necessary columns from my xero CSV to match the Shopify Template CSV. I see there are options for variant price and variant compare price but no option for the cost price. This will save me a lot of time if I don't have to do this individually. Is there an option for Cost Price?
Thanks so much in advance
