Hello @Boni!
When it comes to Google and their policies, we do not have any control over what products are approved for Google Shopping. However, I did have a look at their documentation and I found their full list of Shopping Ads policies. Please do have a look at it as they suggested as it might provide some clarification as to why that particular product was not approved.
If you find that this is still not helpful, please try to contact Google support here to see what the next steps are.
While I cannot help you further with the Google Policies issue, since you included the link to your store I had a chance to take a closer look at it - great job! It looks very professional and is very easy to navigate as a new customer.
I noticed that in your footer you have a 'newsletter' section where customers can sign up, so I wanted to ask, - are you already using Shopify Emails to send out your marketing campaigns? If not, you can get started an learn more about Shopify Emails in our help doc here. Some advantages of using Shopify emails over a third party service is that it can end up being lest costly in the long run, and also if anything goes wrong or does not work, our team will be able to support you directly.
If you have any other questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me here.
Thanks! -Lana

Hi @Lana,
Thanks for your prompt response regarding Google Ad Policies. I will have a look into that.
Regarding Shopify Emails, yes we are already using it! One thing I noticed, is that the emails we have sent out usually end up in the "Promotions" tab of gmail accounts and I'm not sure if it appears as spam in other types of emails? Is there anyway to get around this? I have a feeling that because our emails end up in the "Promotions" tab of gmail emails and maybe spam in other email accounts rather than the inboxes, we don't get many sessions from the marketing emails we send out.
Thanks for the compliment about our website 🙂 We feel very proud of our baby lol
Again thanks in advance!
Boni
You should indeed be proud, great work!
Regarding your email question, this appears to have come about after a change made by Gmail which we unfortunately have no control over.
I have a link to an earlier thread for you here where another merchant is experiencing the same thing. As suggested in that thread, you could take a look into this guide on Avoiding the Gmail Promotions tab.
This issue only appears to affect Gmail, but you can test this out by creating an account with another mail service, then add that email address as a recipient by going to Settings > Notifications, scroll down to Staff order notifications and once you have added that email address there, you can click to Send a test notification:
I understand your concerns regarding not getting as many sessions, but it is also important to keep in mind that engagement can be tricky with any type of campaign. Specifically for emails, I have a great Shopify Blog article for you on the Best Practices for Email Marketing - please do look into this and try to follow some of the tips provided as it can help increase engagement where you feel it might be lacking.
Once again, if you have any doubts or queries regarding any of this information, please don't hesitate to get back to me here again.
Thanks! -Lana
