Hey,
I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I encountered with my account. When I recently updated my billing method, my account was automatically shut down. Additionally, whenever I attempt to make any updates, my account gets disabled.
Could you please provide a solution to resolve this issue? I need my account to be fully operational as soon as possible.
And I Haven't got any mails from Shopify.

Since this is an account issue, I highly suggest that you reach out directly to Shopify support team so, they can further check your account. They will be able to investigate what is causing the issue.
I tried, but they only gave one reply: they have escalated the issue and that I will get an email soon. And guess what? I haven't received a single email yet. I have over 20 orders to fulfill from when the store got terminated. Now, I can't access the customer information to send the orders or issue refunds, and they will soon be converted into chargebacks.
