Have been trying using Passport and Drivers lisence multiple times and its been a long time! Can shopify staff pelasekindly check and enable on their end thanks!

Here is some information to note when submitting documents to confirm your business/personal identity.

Business Tax Information:

• Your business's entire IRS Employer Identification Number (EIN) allocation letter.
• Your business's IRS name change letter.
• Your business's prior year tax return signed by a third party or bank statement showing the last 4 digits of your EIN.

Personal identity: 

• Driver’s license
• Passport (or passport card)
• State-issued ID card
• Tribal ID
