As Facebook is a third-party service, external to Shopify, we wouldn't be able to provide support for your Facebook account from here ourselves.
Not to worry, as you can still refer to Facebook's own support resources to see how you can submit an appeal with regard to your account.
Be sure to use the same email address or phone number you use to log into Facebook when making your appeal submission.
