URGENT Help! Not receiving payments from Shopify - 4 Open tickets and no responses

Hello,

I'm desperate for help this is truly affecting my small business. I have not been paid from Shopify since 3rd January. I have contacted support several times and I have 4 open tickets regarding this issue. I'm not receiving any correspondence from support/shopify at all.

If i speak to an advisor i get the same response that my case is being looked into, it has been nearly 3 weeks since I've opened the first ticket.

This is truly saddening its destroying my business.

PLEASE HELP!!
