Hi there, I need help with accessing my Shopfy store.
Firstly FYI, I am having to post this through a different Shopify account rather than the one I am having issues with as I am unable to login and access my store.
For context, I was playing around with my store and was trying to update my email. I removed my Google email connected to the store and ever since then I have been unable to log back in. When I try to login with my email address that is connected to the store, it says "redirecting to Google", asks me to choose an account, once I do this it says "redirecting to Google" once again and then asks me to choose an account again as well. This endless loop keeps repeating itself and I am not sure what to do. I need this to somehow be taken further as I am still getting charged $50 a month being that this store is still somehow open even though I am unable to access it.
Any assistance on how to regain access or shut this store down (cancel subscription) would be much appreciated so I stop getting charged. Cheers.
