Urgent! How do I remove a 'sign up pop-up' from Ella Theme home page - desktop & mobile sites

Hi there - really need some help removing a lingering 'Sign up' pop up that appears on loading of home-page on desk top and mobile - Ella 5.04 theme.    Have tried all help pages, but now desperate for my client 🙂 thanks so much Zoe

Please share your store url. Before this try looking in the customizer for pop-ups, you can hide them or disable the feature i guess

To remove the persistent 'Sign up' pop-up on your Ella 5.04 theme in Shopify, you’ll need to either disable or remove the popup code from the theme. 
1- Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize on the active theme.

2- Look for a Popup or Newsletter Popup section. Many Shopify themes, including the Ella theme, have a setting to enable or disable pop-ups directly within the customization options.

3- If you find this setting, toggle it off. Save the changes and refresh the homepage to see if the pop-up is gone.

Hi there - have tried this way, and it's not there - wish it was that simple.  I can't even locate the pop up on the back end to remove the code - so any help here would be great.    Its the EllA theme 5.03.
