Urgent Issue: Domain Transfer Not Completed After One Month

I transferred my domain "bazaarpa.com" from Hostinger to Shopify, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The initial message stated that the domain transfer would be completed in 2 days. Later, a support advisor told me to wait for 20 days, which I did. However, today marks a full month, and the transfer has still not been completed.

I have spoken to at least seven support advisors, but no one seems to have any idea about the issue. Honestly, it feels like talking to a bot. On the other hand, I contacted the Hostinger team, and they confirmed that my domain transfer has been completed. They even provided screenshots clearly showing that the domain is now on Tucows Domain Inc's servers.

I also clicked on the domain transfer confirmation email link and paid an extra $16 for an additional year, but it was all a waste of time, and now my domain is missing.

If any issue arises, there is no experienced person available to fix it, unlike other hosting providers where issues are resolved immediately at the server level. Here on Shopify, not only do the support agents fail to identify the error, but they also have no clue how to resolve it.

I need an immediate resolution to this issue. Please provide a clear answer on why my domain has not been transferred yet.

Not sure if you tried to transfer it within 60 days of registration.  You can not transfer a domain within 60 days of registration  or any other action.  

Ypu are correct in that there is 0 customer support for any issue.  I am now waiting on day five to be contacted by a team member to help resolve a verification issue.  I have no hope I will ever hear from anyone and if I do it will be weeks from now.  I am now in the process of building a website on another platform to move my domain.  There is no way you can depend on Shopify to run your business.

The worst part is that their support team has no idea what’s going on. Every time I reach out, I get a different answer, and no one actually solves the issue. It’s incredibly disappointing, especially when you're trying to run a business and rely on them for something as critical as a domain.

I’m also considering moving to another platform because this level of incompetence is unacceptable. Shopify is great for certain things, but when it comes to technical support, it’s just not reliable.
