Urgent Issue with Domain Transfer to New Shopify Store

My third-party domain is currently associated with my inactive Shopify store, and I'm encountering an issue when trying to connect it to my new store. I'm receiving an error message indicating that the domain is already linked to another Shopify store. I've also reached out to my domain provider, who has adjusted the DNS settings in accordance with Shopify's requirements. However, even after waiting for 48 hours, I am still facing this issue. Please assist me in resolving this situation.

Hi @Rehan_mahmood You first need to disconnect the domain from your old store and then connect it to your new Store.

If you are not able to disconnect the domain from your old store (may be you may not able to open your inactive store) then you need to contact shopify support so that they can disconnect the domain for you and then you will be able to connect the domain with your new store.
