URGENT!!! LOST MY STORE in my account

I lost my store in my account! Help Centre cannot assist with this. 

Last night I got an email saying someone was changing my email address of my account then I found this morning I lost access to my account. Tried reset password successfully but once I login to my account I cannot find my store. 

I need a human technical support urgently to assist on this.
