URGENT my login email is Discontinued and i need to transfer a website to new ID.

Dear shopify,

I had been trying thru chatbots and there is no way to reach a human, it just coming to a loop and my problem cannot be solved.

My company had a website on discontinued email, thus we cannot receive login code sent to that email.

I need shopify to update the login email to a new id.
