Urgent Support Needed for Website Footer Customization

I'm writing to seek your expert assistance with specific customizations I wish to implement on my Shopify site's footer. Given my limited technical expertise, I find myself unable to execute these changes and am hopeful that your team can facilitate them on my behalf.

The customizations I'm looking to make are as follows:

1. Repositioning the Email Subscription Box for enhanced visibility.
2. Adjusting the alignment of the Email Box title to improve aesthetic cohesion.
3. Relocating the Social Media Icons to optimize the footer's layout and functionality.

I understand that this may require direct intervention from your team, and I would be immensely grateful for your assistance. My technical skills are quite basic, and having the support of Shopify's professionals would be invaluable in achieving the desired outcome.

I appreciate the context and information that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Could you let us know what theme you are using for your online store? As this information will allow me to advise further. 
 
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots to see which theme is being used. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:

Hi, so I'm currently on Refresh 8.0.1. Just to let you know i cannot update this theme because i have spent so much time getting things customised and getting custom coding for certain parts. I also attached 2 screenshots to this and screenshot 1 is how my footer is currently and screenshot 2 is how i want it to be. Please help me with this matter, i think it needs custom coding which i cannot get from anywhere.

Looking into the Refresh theme, I did notice that changing the alignment and moving the email subscription box is not available using the Theme Editor. With that being said, it is possible to make these changes by changing the code of the theme. Since the Refresh theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to allow our internal team to make the changes on your behalf.
