This is an emergency!
My website is www.limberlife.co and it keeps refreshing, how do i stop this from happening without having to rebuild the whole website? Can someone help find the code that is doing this?
Thank you so much!
Bart
Solved! Go to the solution
This is an accepted solution.
Looks like it is related to an app (SpurIT).
I disabled loading the scripts via the Chrome developer console and the refreshing stops.
HTH, Gavin.

Amazing thanks Gavin, is there any reason why that might only be happening in one market? It's happening in Aus but not New Zealand.
I am going to go and turn that app off now and see how we get on.
Thank you for taking a look! Hugely appreciate it. Will report back soon.
Ok so progress updated here is that i contacted the SpurIT app team and they have turned off the script for now and are looking into the problem with their dev team.
Turning off the script looks like it has stopped the issue, from one person testing it. waiting on a couple more people to test in it Aus but when I go to the aus domain it isn't occurring.
I will report back once I have clarity from the SpurIT folks and feel the situation has been fully understood and resolved.
Final update;
The SpurIT customer service was excellent. After a quick conversation I gave them access to the website and they turned off the script and then made it an urgent ticket for their devs.
Once the script was turned off the websites reloading issue resolved exactly as you said.
SpurIT team came back saying they could not reproduce the issue and asked for me to send through a screen record of the issue. As the issue is no longer happening and I have no previous footage of it and no desire to reintroduce the issue to the website I can't give them that visual.
I have uninstalled the app and will look for another app to provide the gift on purchase. If anyone has recommendations I am all ears.
Thank you so much for your help @Gavinator - absolute legend. More helpful than shopify support who were telling me I would likely have to rebuild my whole website which almost gave me a heart attack.
If you're ever in Wellington, New Zealand hit me up - I'd happily should you lunch and a few drinks!
Bart
Glad it worked out. Yes, the SpurIT guys are great to work with. I did find the code that was reloading it but didn't grab a screenshot. It looked like it was something to do with the settings from memory. You could try installing it on a backup copy of your theme and test it out before publishing.
I'm in NZ in the next couple of weeks as it happens - doing a campervan trip around the top bits of the North Island. Really looking forward to it, but sadly no Wellington on the cards this time around.
Gavin,
We are having the same issue of the homepage constantly refreshing on our Shopify site after moving to the Flow Theme with a Shopify 2.0 upgrade to that Theme. Could you please take a look at www.metoliushemp.com.
Thanks,
John
Hello,
‘we have this issue on the .com domain of our Australian store and no one at Shopify can tell us why it’s happening. Can you help?
Hi Gavinator,
I believe my website is experiencing a similar issue when loading on mobile devices. Do you have any tips/advice on how to isolate & find out which js script is causing the constant refresh/reload?
My website is theglade.com.au
Any help would be much appreciated
Hi Bart,
Artem from SpurIT is here 🙂
Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. We investigated the matter and discovered that Shopify's platform has a limitation that prevents multiple currencies within the same session. Our app works well with the Shopify Geolocation app, but if there are 2 or more tabs with different currencies opened at the same time, the currency is added to the URL, causing different URLs to appear in different tabs and resulting in the page being refreshed repeatedly.
