Urgent You can’t update your details, you reached the maximum number of attempts

Been using Shopify for many, many years and was told to have to update my info

 

I re-enter my information, and then it says ready to submit, and it is submitted. I leave the page and then email right away saying it could not be verified, and it keeps getting reset. There is no clear indication of what information is sent that is wrong.

Every chat support has not worked. Shopify has some of the worst support where tickets have been open, but there is no clear communication. I am locked from trying to update the info, and I can't do anything; it is 6 days away, and I just want it to be resolved.
 
Has anyone found a solution to this? I don't want to be put on pause.
