Url encoding and result to 404

[MajoMFR]

I am trying to get product s with limit but it converts the url from

'/admin/api/2021-07/products.json?limit=250' 

to
'/admin/api/2021-07/products.json%3Flimit=250'

I checked it in the response that i got in return
