My online store url (domain) does not load on my customers' devices for some reason.

When they try to load my domain name, it redirects them to www.myshopify.com.

I need help please.

I can see based on this, that your A record currently is incorrect for this domain. To correct this: Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65 and be sure to delete all other other A records on the domain. Once you are certain all of these changes have been made, it can take up to 48 hours for the changes to be applied and for the new domain to "point" to your store.

Hi there, @kularba.

Usually when we see this error with a domain, it is because the DNS settings for the domain are incorrectly set up. If the domain has been purchased via third party like GoDaddy for example, the steps for connecting a third party domain to Shopify are as follows:

  1. On your domain provider’s website, log in to your account.

  2. Find the DNS settings or domain management area.

  3. Change the following records:

    A. Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
    B. If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
    C. Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
    D. Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.

Once you are certain all of these changes have been made, it can take up to 48 hours for the changes to be applied and for the new domain to "point" to your store. Please do let me know if this works for you!

Are you in the process of setting up your store at the moment? I'd love to help you out with some business growth ideas - how do you feel things are going at the minute? Is there anything you'd like to improve or change?

The store has been fully set up and my domain name Kularba.com loads just
fine on my device.
As a matter of fact, I’ve been importing products to my store through
orberlo.
But when my potential customers try to load my url on their devices, it
shows an error code and instantly redirects them to shop.myshopify.com

Thanks for getting back to me - this still sounds like it is likely a DNS settings issue, I believe.

Can you please login to your domain provider dashboard, and share with me a screenshot of the current DNS settings for this domain? Can you tell me when is the last time these were edited? Thank you!
